The White Fringed Orchid, Plantanthera blephariglottis, is the largest and most common member of the fringed orchid family found in the Pine Barrens. It has a large showy spoke of tiny white flowers with fringed lips. It grows along bogs and wetlands and is called "The Prince of the Pinelands" for its showy flower.
